ملخص

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على النبي الهادي الأمين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه أجمعين. إن من أعظم الوظائف وأشرفها الوظائف على وجه الأرض وظيفة الإمامة والداعي إلى الله، وذلك لأنها وظيفة الأنبياء والمرسلين صلوات الله عليهم أجمعين، إذ يعتبر الإمام والداعية الإسلامي بمثابة خليفة الله في الأرض، ولذا وجب علينا الوقوف عند هذا الموضوع جيدا، خاصة مع الأئمة الذين يبلغون الرسالة المحمدية في العالم الغربي، وسنتكلم في هذه الورقة البحثية عن مدى الصعوبات والمشاكل التي يواجهها الأئمة والدعاة في المساجد هناك، وما يعيقهم تجاه تبليغهم لهذه الرسالة العظيمة، والعمل على إيجاد حلول ومقترحات للنهوض بقطاع الأئمة في العالم الغربي.

One of the greatest and most honorable jobs on the earth is the position of the Imam and the caller to God, because it is the job of the prophets and messengers, may the blessings of God be upon them all, the imams is God's vicegerent on the earth. for that , and we will talk in this research paper about the extent of the difficulties and problems faced by imams In the Mosques there in the Western world, and what hinders them towards conveying this great message, and working to find solutions to advance the sector of imams in the Western world.
